Dec 22, 2023 I’ve seen people say this album isn’t as good as SOUR or that it’s much worse than SOUR, and I don’t get it at all. If you’re talking hits sure SOUR is better but there’s more to an album than just hits. GUTS is just an evolution of the sound on SOUR so I don’t really get how it’s worse. If anything one could also make the argument that GUTS is too similar to SOUR. I think some people somehow already have rose-tinted glasses on for SOUR. It’s not like that album was great songs all the way through lmao
