I never defended Cudi seriously i thought the whole situation was a tragedy. Only time I got defensive was when people acted like he birthed Cudi.

you have a child, your wife goes to court and because women are natural victims, they take her word seriously and just go "wow cudi is loopy, dont let him see his duaghter lol. oh and also make him pay 50% of his entire life wages/super to his now ex-wife as well lol that will teach him to be born a male!"

Well don't forget the court favors women with children because women traditionally don't make as much as men which means that if the man isn't paying out the a--- for the child, the government has to send the checks

yeah, totally. its a bit deeper than just "men are treated worse than women, make it equal now"
i dunno how it's looking for you guys overseas, but in Australia 3 men a day are commiting suicide from being pushed over the edge with overwhelming child support, without much chance to see their children. In Aus there's a big media twist on us having a "domestic violence problem" it's a joke and now men who are going to court almost have no voice or say, because women can twist domestic violence into it, then get leverage because it's a hot topic atm. (funnily enough the BIG case they used to twist the domestic violence, was a woman who felt thretened by her husband went to police and said "im scared for my life" police pretty much said "ok go home we dont care cant do s---" the next day her obviously mental case husband beat her to death. tragic, but not caused by a "domestic violence epidemic" and more so, the s-----y state of our Fine/Ticket issuers, aka, police)
