Nov 11, 2015 Got Rained out of work yesterday so I played this all day, logged about 12 hrs and loved every minute of it, the only thing I don't really love, is the way the power armor is now, I like the ability to upgrade and customize it but I don't like not being able to put the frame in your inventory.
Nov 11, 2015 its not one story but if you care about lore and knowing what happens in the world then yea go for 1 and 2. 1 is brutal hard though and 1 and 2 are both old 90s isometric RPGs. they're a lot harder than the FPS/TPS games they became when bethesda bought the lisence. if you're into RPGs play 1 and 2 anyway. 3 and NV arent needed at all and they aged pretty awfully since they came out, but NV might still be worth it if you want to sample sit before buying 4. NV is the most well done one of 3/NV/4. it has a bunch of different endings and the story is actually interesting its worth a shot i guess if you like 3 or new vegas. its definitely a buggy mess though. if you're on PC you're gonna want to edit the .ini file to fix a lot of the nonsense they f----- up. the field of view is AWFUL, the guns take up like 1/4 of the screen. i went in with low expectations and still got disappointed
Nov 11, 2015 I played NV a bit, but yeah just started the torrent download from a steam rip, the whole comment section is already filled with bugs, ''How To'' guides to fix most of it and complaints about the game

Nov 11, 2015 I used my code on my Xbox One, but it didn't show up in my Ready To Install area. I thought that was weird considering I thought that was one of the backward-compatible ones.
Nov 11, 2015 Why are reviewers dickriding the game so much? Just saw the stupid a--- gamespot review and despite stating so many flaws, they gave it a 9 smh
Nov 11, 2015 they all got the game early to review it. if they give it a bad review, bethesda's next huge blockbuster game won't be coming to them, and they'll be missing millions of hits from having an early review by having to wait and play it at launch, then write the review. they'd be weeks behind. it's a business and it's better to stay on the game company's good side so when their next title comes out and the public is searching for reviews before release, they'll be one of the few options available. same reason COD got a 9.2 this year.
Nov 11, 2015 lol but at that point you're already down $60 ($80 here) that's an asinine way to look at it you look at reviews to see if you should buy something and invest time into it. you're kinda making the whole process futile if your view point is "buy it. invest time into it. then decide whether or not it's worth buying and investing time into"
Nov 11, 2015 Thanks for the advice; I think I'll check out New Vegas.. they have it on ebay for like 15 bucks.. might get that I DL'd Part 4 the other night by torrent..hope my PC can take it..lol
