It's f---ing awful and makes zero sense. People always try to justify it, but it's just plain stupid.

Like, it's basically pointless for any Hillary supporter to vote in Texas. Your vote doesn't even count for anything, since it's a Republican state. Anyone thinking otherwise is absolutely fooling themselves.

The only voters that actually matter are Florida, Ohio and NC.

Nothing wrong with giving him a chance. I'm going to and I hate that dude, but I said minorities are voting against their best in many cases not all. If you are rich black man, trumps tax cuts may benefit you individually but it doesn't mean his views are not dangerous for most black people. He doesn't understand the intentions of the black lives matter movement and says its "all lives matter", he advocates for stop and frisk which targets people of color, and again says we need more law and order and more policing which failed under Nixon, Reagan, and Clinton and was terrible for African-Americans. So when I say he offers nothing good for most people that look like me, I mean it. Maybe individual circumstances might be different but for most minorities, not just black people, it's not a good look. And just because people are tired of obamamcare doesn't mean they should vote for a guy who simply says he'll implement "something much better" but won't give details or specifics.

1) politics divide people. Everyone acts like their opinion is the end all be all. At the end of the day it's just your opinion and other people have theirs too, so you can argue until your blue in the face, it still doesn't make you right. There is no right. You'll have a conversation with someone like:

Jon: I love sports
Mike: holy s--- I love sports too
Jon: no way, my favorite artist is Kanye
Mike: d--- dude me too.
Jon: I'm a republican
Mike: gross, I'm a democrat
***both walk away***
Jon: holy f--- that guys a loser, tree hugging hippy. I can't stand him. He's an idiot.
Mike: god d--- what an a------. He only cares about himself. Racist, pigheaded, daddy pays for everything blah blah blah

You could literally have everything in common with someone except political views and you hate someone based on that. It's a joke.

2) People who tell you to "go out and vote!" are extremely disingenuous. They wouldn't be telling you that if they believed you were going to vote for the candidate opposing their choice. Which circles back around to everyone always believing they're right and there's only one way to see something.

3. Both candidates are trash. Clinton is just as bad as Trump.

4. The system is f-----. The DNC alienated Bernie supporters


Edit: and saying, "you can't complain because you didn't vote," is not a valid argument
