why is LA the destination for most of these teams?

St. Louis got screwed over. The city put up the money and approved a new stadium (which neither Oakland or San Diego did) and ended up losing their team.

I feel sorry for the St. Louis Rams fans, players, employees, etc. The Rams are St. Louis to me. California has enough teams. I honestly think the Raiders should've been the team to move. Would've loved to see the LA Raiders back like they were when I was a kid. Hoping San Diego stays put. No city should have two teams imo.

Yea I think they moved in the 80s. But my entire life since I started watching football they were in St Louis. Raiders moved from LA to Oakland in the mid-90s. Obviously staying in the same state but changing cities isn't as big of a move though.

There's gonna be a honeymoon phase for sure but i dont see it being much different. LA is all about the Lakers and Dodgers.

EDIT: Holy f--- they just said the LA stadium won't be done until 2019. So the Rams have to play three whole seasons at a temporary college site? That's stupid as f---. I could understand one season but not three. Might as well have kept all teams put until LA was ready for this s---.

Obviously you guys cared, it's the biggest sports league in the country. I was just saying it's not fair to say LA is all about the Lakers/Dodgers when it's the same scenario in STL. imo it should've been SD to move to LA, but the Rams came with the better plan
