d---, Freddy Coleman on ESPN radio was saying the Pats aren't a great team cuz a great team doesn't struggle with a bills team led by a banged up Tyrod Taylor at home. But he also said he doesn't think there's any great team in the league this year.

Freddy Coleman sounds uninformed.

Pats have lost Dion Lewis, Julian Edelman and Danny Amendola in the last 3 weeks and have been without arguably their best defensive player(Jamie Collins) the last 3 weeks. They also have had the most banged up line in the NFL.

And Tyrod Taylor wasn't banged up until the very end of the game.

The Pats are definitely a great team but damnit that was a tough one tonight. The Bills lost that game more than the Pats won it. Bad throws, bad clock management, and just overall sloppy play. Really just a weird game in general. Tyrod better be good to go in what's now a must win against the Chiefs next week.

Also, NFL officiating has reached new levels of absurdity. It's really embarrassing and hard to watch.

McDaniels is such an overrated coordinator. I miss Bill O'Brien so much.

We have enough weapons, even without Lewis, Edelman and Amendola.

All game long, McDaniels calls for Brady to sit in shot gun and try to "pick apart" the defense. This obviously was not effective.

Fact is, people overlook that McDaniels did not introduce the two tight end threat, O'Brien did. O'Brien brought back the "smash mouth" mentality that the Patriots' offense used as an identity. Before O'Brien, McDaniels used to spread the offense out, and have Brady dictate the offense.

They need to get back to two tight end sets, LaFelle on the outside, and a single back.... Chandler is rarely used, and is criticized a ton, but it's because he is under utilized. They are banged up on the offensive line... The way you counteract that, is by running the ball more, more play action passes, more draws and more screen plays. I don't know why McDaniels is so against it, but he's been this way since 07.

Without Edelman and Amendola, they need to rethink their offensive philosophy.
