    i'm surprised that's all Da Bears got for justin fields. and according to the ESPN article, he's NOT going to compete with russell wilson for the starting position. so russell is their starter when the season starts. and i guess pittsburgh will put in fields if russell wilson struggles but he's not going to start right away.

    if the bears select Caleb Williams, i'll be interesting to see if they can develop him into a good NFL QB. Chicago hasn't had a good QB in what seems like forever

    Same I was paranoid Tomlin had a hard on for Fields to be a starter, but I figured they’d at least get a player and a draft pick or 2. A 6th round pick doesn’t bother me. I fear Caleb might be too small for a nfl pocket passer. And the bears are terrible building qb’s.

    Cutler did have a top 7 arm for a gun out of all qb’s I’ve seen throw a deep pass. I don’t see a big deal if players could smoke on the sidelines.

    Really don't understand why they traded for Fields & signed Wilson. Should have just done one. Preferably traded for Fields & just let him start for a year.

    love it, maybe 1 year late…he slowly fell off as a #1 WR…I loved that we still got a 2nd rounder for 2025…he couldn’t separate as well most of the second half of the season last year as a route runner…

    I think he’s perfect for Texans situation…so many weapons for CJ stroud…they won’t need Diggs to be a #1 WR…plus Bills are paying him still…no need to give him 10+ targets like Josh Allen was forcing to him…half of those targets will be fine…and a red zone target for CJ stroud

    I like the oilers colors. Can't wait to see Titans fans b---- and moan. We've been long overdue for a uniform refresh. Been the same for 22 years.

    Idk if anyone will give up a high draft pick for fields that proved nothing if he sucks. I’ll say he wasn’t in a great situation on the bears and I would choose him until Wilson started getting better and broncos made a late run almost in the playoffs.

    Tomlin said Fields is getting a fair chance during camp to see if he fits them better. It’d be nice if he came out hitting targets making an argument who to start. Just mad the Steelers got rid of Johnson for a backup cb.
