“Tony Romo’s 32-20 overall mark over the past decade includes 16-2 when the Cowboys finished games with positive combined EPA on defense/special teams. Only Mahomes, A. Luck, P. Manning and T. Brady had better win rates in those games over the past decade.”

What the Cowboys organization did with Tony Romo’s career should be considered a war crime.

Idk what to expect from the Pats this year. I really think they're a sleeper but don't know if they can jump over Buffalo

Texans need to ditch Tunsil. I'm sure we could get some good draft picks in a trade.

Why pay him all this money to protect Davis Mills?

This season is chalked for the Cowboys. We’ll be fortunate to make postseason. Dak Prescott, just like his predecessor, deserves so much better than this.

@Enigma as i'm sure you already know, skip is also a fan of the Cowboys. even with the loss of tyron smith, he thinks you guys are gonna have a really good year. he's got you guys going 12-5. you don't seem nearly as optimistic. i guess we'll see what happens

@dna hits its gonna be odd not seeing big ben under center for the steelers. i hope trubisky does well. he's got something to prove for sure. in the week 1 pick em thread you mentioned something along the lines that you think people may be sleeping on pittsburgh. obviously the steelers have a bunch of unproven QBs, so that's probably why most people aren't picking them

@Detroit24 great start for your bills. von miller already made his presence felt on his new team. i thought that contract you guys gave him was a bit much (ONLY because of his age) but he certainly earned it last night :)

i'm optimistic about the vikings this season. some people have gone as far as to pick minnesota to win the divison. the packers have owned our division for several years. i'm not as confident in saying we'll win the nfc north, but at the very least i definitely think we'll make the playoffs, even if its just a wildcard

Bills certainly look good, I’m pleasantly surprised on how well the D looked, I felt like the D took over that second half.

your Vikings should be a playoff team. How does your D look? Your offense has lots of talent! GB might take a step back with loss of their wideouts...will see...

as you said the vikings offense has lots of talent. our offensive line isn't the best, but overall i'm not too worried about our ability to score points.

i think the key to our season will be how well our defense performs. the vikings are using an entirely different scheme this season. they're running a 3-4 defense. we got a new defensive cord and that's the type of scheme he's implemented.

to answer your question, i really don't know how the defense will perform. we've got 2 good pass rushers in smith and hunter. they just got to stay healthy. that's been their issue lately. erik kendricks is a very good linebacker. my biggest concern on defense would be the secondary. harrison smith is getting up there in years and our corners aren't the greatest. i guess we'll see. it's going to be weird seeing the vikings not line up in a 4-3 defense. i've watched minnesota for around 20 years now and i'm about 90 percent confident that in all those years this is the first time they've used a 3-4 defense

Cowboys are still arguably favorites to win the division based on their QB alone. I’m doubtful they’ll be as good as last year but we have Dak which is a significant improvement over the QBs in the rest of the division. I can see this season going numerous ways but I think they’re closer to a 9-8/10-7 team than 12-5 team.

Blowing a 17 point lead only to have it end in a tie.

    That's my Texans :mjcry:

Bell would destroy most pro boxers. Bell is one of the greatest Rb’s of all time in his prime. I could make a case right behind sanders.

Idk man. Bell can choose a profession and be a pro with it. He’s a natural athlete. He was better on his feet than AP in the nfl. I’d put money on Bell beating Jake Paul. Maybe even Brock Lesnar idk.

I told you guys to watch for the Steelers winning. They should have killed the bengals actually. I’d still feel better with Pickett. Trubisky doesn’t impress me and just plays safe.

I have boxed for a couple years, and I know how hard of a sport it is to be at a high level, that is why Jake Paul has not fought a legit boxer yet....Anderson Silva will be a huge step in boxing skills...

Le’Veon bell looked good for amateur vs another amateur....but Jake got more experience at this point lol but Le’Veon continues to box than he can move up

I don’t know if Brock can even box,,,from what I saw he was limited boxing skills in mma

    Pitt D looked good

So many random people going into boxing lately lol, I dunno why a majority of fans care tbh...It's like would you care if a boxer you like starts playing basketball or something? I wouldn't, I dunno.

I guess fighting's different, it can be fun..but these are gonna be some weak a--- fights compared to legit competition you'd see in the UFC or whatever, let's be honest.

Anyways, Vikings looked amazing week 1. Great W and always nice to beat the Packers too, tough challenge next week @ Philly on monday night. Jefferson is ridiculous, maybe the best player in football right now.

Jefferson is the real deal. I think I may give up Johnson for him on the madden 23 game: the Vikings have a solid team this year. It was dumb to pick the packers over them. Rodgers finding out the hard way he doesn’t have someone like Adams he can just force the ball to.

Dak and the cowboys lmfao huge duds as usual. The cowboys might do better with Dak out. Dak looked terrible. Worse than Baker Mayfield. Good thing Cooper got off that s--- team.
