Thinking of calling off work just so I can stay home and watch this classic tonight, but it'd be too suspicious..It's almost like calling in sick for the super bowl or something, everyone knows about it and is talking about it, so yeah as a known football fan at work I'm screwed...Just gotta DVR it and pray no one ruins the result for me I guess.

f---in hyped for some Vikings football today, feels like it's been forever with the d--- bye week. This defense so far this season and part of last season is one of my favorite Ds ever to watch so far, elite players at LB, D line and secondary.

I think the Vikings win like 23-13 or something like that, Eagles got a legit chance though especially if they get an early lead. I expect Bradford to have his worst game of the season, but still not bad. Something like 1 TD 1 INT 225 yards on 60-65%. Vikings have a s-----y o line and Eagles got a good defensive line so that could definitely be an issue, Bradford might get knocked on his a--- a few times.

Good luck Arch, Soldier, Boos, whoever else is an eagles fan here. Should be a good one.

Me and my girl were both happily surprised the Skins beat the Ravens today. All respect to the Ravens fans they stay fighting no matter what. Bengals smh... All jokes aside i dont believe in hoping for help from others, team should be good enough to get it themselves. That said the Bengals are a bit confusing tbh. Them and the Cardinals i think most ppl had penciled in for solid teams eve if postseason isn't their strong suit.

The Cowboys do deserve some credit and more than anything I'm sitting here waiting for when people start to talk about the coaching job there.

I'm originally from NY so the Jets (while not surprising) are still seen as a disappointment to all the fam/homies. It is kinda crazy how quick that D fell off. Fitz shouldn't should be a surprise to anyone. He's goodfor a decent season here or there but once hes around for awhile more than a season or so he gets humbled; over and over lol.

And of course Brady being Brady is no surprise. At this point I kinda like watching Brady/Bellicheck s--- in the NFL/Goodell's cereal.

Just a random clusterfuck of thoughts from what I seen today thus far.

Zeke is the truth. Cowboys torched the Bengals today. Before that Dak strip (he's 8 away from breaking Brady's int record) it was about to be 35-7 lol. This division is looking nice. Could be 5-0 and if Terrance knew how to run out of bounds.

Too bad the steelers blew it in the AFC championship that year. An all PA super bowl would have been legendary and the Eagles wouldn't have been cheated out of a ring

in the 2013 season, we gave up the most points per game

zimmer hired as coach in 2014 and our defense went from the very bottom to middle of the pack. in zimmer's second year (last season) we finished with a top 5 defense

tonight, we held the best QB in the league to 14 points.

its clear how much better coached the vikings are since zimmer was hired. for one, far less penalties than before he became our coach. and what's most obvious is how the defense has drastically improved in such a short period of time

Lots of people and the national media are prolly gonna give the Jags a lot of credit for this game because we're known as such a lowly team and we hung in and almost beat the Packers but for a Jags fan this was a really disappointing and discouraging game. Sure the passing offense was explosive, but that was never really a question. The same old s--- happened that plagued us in seasons past. Really stupid penalties (though i hate to complain about refs, but this game was horribly officiated) and absolutely terrible play-calling especially down the stretch. Lol @ a screen pass to Allen Hurns being the 4th and short playcall to win or lose the game. Such a joke. The coaching staff lost the game, Gus Bradley's 37th loss and his hand-picked coaching staff just continued to make unbelievably terrible decisions such as committing to long drawn out running plays with our lackluster offensive line and lackluster running back. I really don't think this coaching staff is the answer at all. Probably most disappointing was the "new and improved pass rush" which couldn't get pressure on Rodgers for the life of them. If our edge rush isn't as good as it was supposed to be then we're in big trouble. I'm not very optimistic about the season after this game but at least we hung in I guess. But we still lost it the way we would have the previous 3 seasons.
