    One of my resolutions is to be grateful more often. Gratitude can be a wonderful thing for mental health and life in general. Sometimes I have random moments where I’m just super thankful for everyone and everything around me, and I want to make those moments way way more common in 2024.

    eating LESS sugary foods. i'm gonna have yogurt as my snack for 6 days a week. and on the other day i'll treat myself to a bowl of ice cream or some other type of snack i truly enjoy

    That’s a great idea. I can relate, I’ve had too much of a sweet tooth. Having a cheat day in the week can definitely help. I need to do that with pop

    You should! It’s actually good and not dangerous at all. My energy and ability to multitask has increased tenfold since I started doing crack cocaine. Snort it off a b----’s a--- for maximum effect!
    My resolution was actually quite the opposite of this until GTA VI was announced for 2025. Now I at least wanna stay alive until then
