Are there any computer techs in here?
I have An Asus ROG g751j laptop and I was playing on it the other day just playing music, it had scheduled itself for automatic updates. But anyway I got bored closed it up and went to get on it yesterday and it won't come on.
On the little lights on the front of the laptop, there is one that is a lightbulb and when I press the power button it lights up and stays lit up indefinitely unless I hold the power button for like 5 seconds. When I plug the laptop in with the AC adaptor the charge light lights up. I don't get any hard drive or fan activity no keyboard lights or anything. And I can't do the residual discharge because the battery is integrated into it. Anybody have any suggestions? I would really really appreciate it.

How old is the laptop?
I haven't really messed with laptops that much but you could try taking the battery off for like 20 seconds and then put it back and try booting.
