    Big Shot took the Cavs GM job according to Ice Cube

    Ice Cube isn't even a tiny bit upset his BIG3 player/coach Chauncey Billups is leaving the BIG3 for a front office job with the Cleveland Cavs ... telling TMZ Sports the league is SUPPOSED to be a pipeline back to the NBA.

    Cube is in NYC where he's gearing up for opening day -- THIS WEEKEND -- and we asked which BIG3 team is the favorite to win it all.

    That's when Cube brought up Chauncey ... and maybe broke some news?!

    "It was the Killer 3's (led by Chauncey and Stephen Jackson) for a minute but since Chauncey took that job, it might change."

    It's been reported that Chauncey's in talks with the Cavs -- but nothing has been confirmed publicly ... at least not yet.

    Cube also talked Allen Iverson -- telling TMZ Sports the NBA legend has been working out like crazy and he's "ready to go."

    Kemba vs Kyrie is definitely debatable and I wouldn't hold it against anybody if you took Kyrie. Both are clutch. Kemba is a better defender on top of making the playoffs with Marvin Williams and MKG as his 2nd and 3rd best players.

    Kyrie is sub .500 when daddy is out with 0 playoff appearances until he came home.

    Really not as crazy as it sounds. If Kemba was playing with Bron he'd be talked about the same way ppl talk about Kyrie.

    Also Conley is a G. Puts up similar offensive numbers while also being the best PG defender in the league not named Patrick Beverley.

    Idk about kemba but yeah I agree.

    It's baffling when I see people rank Kyrie as a top 10 NBA player or the best of in the NBA.

    He was a nice prospect but he was essentially handed the keys last season and didn't really do much with it. If you're THAT good, you will figure it out.

    Kobe didn't force him to be anemic on defense or trip over his feet and the ball. He's still young and might turn out to be a good player but I think it's an exaggeration that the Lakers did him some huge disservice. Hasn't seemed to hinder Clarkson, Randle, or Nance's development into nice pieces.

    Nah Lonzo is the only special one of the 3. Hard to get multiple good NBA players from the same city let alone the same family. He's only 15 though so you never know.

    Lakers didn't really do this to have Brook be the long term guy, they did it to free up the Mozgov contract, to free up the Lopez $$ next year to sign George and to get the extra 1st rounder they wanted.

    Not sure how I feel bout it yet, gotta see how things turn out. I like Russell but his attitude and work ethic are both questionable.

    Would you rather have a 21 year old point guard with a bright future or a 29 year old brook lopez who made an all-star team 4 years ago? and he's not staying in LA if he doesn't get his money, which he won't if they want any chance of getting LeBron or offering some of their younger guys money in the future.
