    there was a very vocal contingent of rap fans who hated wayne during his prime. they were mostly a coalition of "real hip-hop" conservatives and eminem fans.
    it wasn't a gimmick--he was the best rapper alive.
    what? this isn't true at all. sure, there were people who thought "lollipop" was lame, but he was rapping incredibly hard at his commercial peak.
    again, this is objectively untrue.

    if other people affect how you appraise/enjoy an artist's work, you're lame
    kendrick is not and never has been as good as wayne was in 07.

    Diss tracks are not suppose to be f---ing club hits.. what the f--- is wrong with these drake fans? listen to what Joes saying in the songs and pay attention to his lyricism. Joe is on another level and its scary to see this new generation of "rap" fans say that a song like this is "f---ing garbage". It's not a heavy hitter aggressive type diss but its also not suppose to be if you actually listen to what he says. Its a little more emotional than the last 2. In my opinion, Drake cant f---ing touch Joe. Drake may have a bigger fan base but that's because drake sacrifices talented writing for ABC pop hits that replay on the radio every half hour. Also, being that Drake is now known for having ghost writers makes him lose all credibility of being an artist. Drake is a f---ing joke and "No shopping" was absolutely terrible.
