    Maybe if he made a album without a real concept he could add some rap features, but these last 3 albums i feel cole had a certain story he wanted to tell and message he wanted to get out, and only he could do it.

    So After listen to the album for a bit... it's clear to me that this is unlike anything Cole has ever created and you can hear the influence of the younger Artist around him. JID, Earthgang etc...

    I hear so many people when I listen to this... I get some Biggie, some Pac and some EM too.... I'm not comparing them but you can tell that he was mimicking a lot of flows and deliveries. Busta/Missy with the video, 90's vibe... all of that s---.

    I agree that the second half of the album is almost flawless. Kevin's Heart til the end are some of the best songs he has ever made. Window Pain is like a 2face to me... it's so powerful, I think it's the best some on the album. I instantly connected with it and just felt the emotion and passion throughout, I would love to hear the whole interview he has with that little girl.

    I think KOD and photograph are great songs and I need to go back to them more. Where I have issues with the project is 4.5 and 6. The hooks are too repetitive at times and I can only sit through it for so long. I like the concepts and the premise of the songs, especially the Cut off but the k--- Edward is a bit much also. Having said that, I the beat and overall vibe of Motiv8 and ATM are so bouncy that I have to listen.

    Anyways, I need to sit with the album more and I know there are messages I am not fully getting. His pen game is on point in this album and there is something new I find when I repeat a song. Word play and stories are always his strengthen, and this album is no different.

    I think as of now the album is up there with 4YEO and FHD... need more time to rank it with his stuff, but it's an amazing album. right now - 8/10

    I do think he bite Kenny with the whole Choose Wisely thing.. and the intro. BUT I wonder, did Cole have this thought out first? He did say that most of this was done back when... IDK... but happy with new Cole and need to break it down more...

    I was watching famous dex breakfast club interview this morning and he was saying how he got addicted to lean after he moved to los angeles and how it was f---ing his life up.
