Probably the least heard song out of all the tracks that will be in this list. The first time I heard this, I fell in love with the hook. Annie is somewhat reminiscent of I Don't Know What to Call It in terms of content. You get a look into Gates' world and his up bringing.

She was 18 when it happened. Her career was JUST getting started. This guy was supposed to help and guide her.

Instead she got rapped, didn't know what to do, started abusing drugs, went to rehab, and now all she wanted was to not have to make SIX more albums with this creep

What don't you get? Why she didn't ruin her career out the gate with a r--- accusation? Why she was scared to come forth? Why it took hitting rock bottom for her to do something about it?

It's coming. Did some research and this is what I found.

DJ Skee acknowledged that he took an L with his hype but he said that they are working on things for it, hence the delay.
PROOF:

We have a possible title, as Drake posted this, as well as the creator of the IYRTITL artwork tweeting out "PLASTIC BAG" . a foreshadow that he obviously has play into this.

And now, the leaked tracklist. For obvious reasons, this may not be real due to the many mistakes but I will give it leeway, considering that who the h--- has time to just fabricate whole lists like this, complete with random track times and everything.
