lol sounds like when Michael Chandler used to tweet anyone who would listen about how good Eddie Alvarez was, just because he had a win over him. Now the guy who worked him twice (Will Brooks) is getting waxed in minutes by FW's.

Woodley has lost to a few guys he would smoke nowadays. Rory, Shields and Marquardt. A past win over T-Wood is cool, but Rory has gotten his a--- whooped by a couple guys Tyron has beaten up.

Silva vs Belfort 2 official for UFC 212.

My live reaction to this KO will never be topped. Peak Silva era was the best time in MMA and its not really close. Vitor probably one of the only top 15 guys that I can see Anderson stopping in 2017. Hopefully that happens since hes retiring regardless.

edit: guess its just a rumor

Anyways looks like Holly Holm vs Bethe Correia will headline the Singapore card on June 17th. Weak M.E. but RDA/Saffiedine, Arlovski/Tybura and DHK/Covington make it pretty solid for a random card in Singapore.

I feel bad for Ill Will, he took a pay cut to chase his the UFC dream only to fall flat. He can still turn it around with some key wins. But it's gonna be a long road.

If Eddie loses to Poirier I would like to see Eddie vs Brooks headline some fight night card

Wow the UFC actually bringing in top talent, instead of letting them leave.

Is it me or did Manuwa just jump from #8 to #3? Wtf?

Also what's this s--- I'm reading about Anthony Johnson looking for an appeal from NYSAC because of the weigh ins? I didn't watch any of the embedded or weigh ins so I am oblivious to what's happening.

Nah Manuwa has been at #4 since Bader went to Bellator and now hes at #3 with Rumble gone.

As far as the DC/Rumble stuff I havent really followed it closely either. Definitely fishy though.

Cormier weighed in at 206.2 pounds — or 1.2 pounds over the light heavyweight limit — in his first attempt at the official UFC 210 weigh-ins. Cormier then weighed in a second time, less than three minutes after his first attempt, and successfully hit the 205-pound limit for his championship rematch against Johnson while visibly touching the privacy towel with both hands.

Following the incident, NYSAC executive director Tony Giardina told on-site reporters that he did not see Cormier holding the towel. Cormier went on to defeat Johnson via second-round rear-naked choke at UFC 210, after which Johnson announced his unexpected retirement from MMA.

I would hate to hold pads for this guy lol. Don't think i've been as confident in someone becoming a future champ, since Jon Jones was coming up in 2009'-10'.

Idk, he beat a lot of over the hill people who look better on his resume than they should. Plus DJ has fought his stiffest competition multiple times. Not to mention the size he gives up to everyone. I still put GSP ahead of Jones until he gets his s--- together.

Ppl that were considered over the hill after Jones demolished them. DJ has just as much fluff on his resume. John Moraga and Chris Cariaso might as well be Chael and Vitor to me. DJ was honestly saved in his first fight by an incompetent Australian commission. He won the 1st two rounds and was dominated with a 10-8 in the 3rd. They for some reason announced DJ as the winner and then it came out that they added up the scores wrong. Since it was a tournament, it should have went to a sudden death round but obviously they screwed that up. McCall would have had all the momentum going into that 4th round.

Jones doesn't have a blemish on his record, don't care about that time he beat Hamill too brutally. If he didn't have all his out-of-the-cage issues I think he would have beaten Rumble and DC/Gus/Bader again.

I dunno, I don't think there is a wrong answer either way.

    WSOF is now PFL

It's gonna become a tourney based promotion. I don't hate the idea and I hope it works. but highly skeptical. First they need to re-up their NBC deal.
