Hanley deal looks pretty dumb right now. Not that i dont like him but i dont get why they need 10 outfielders. They need pitching, desperately.

If they trade Bogaerts, Mookie or Swihart for Cole Hamels i will snap. Guy has a career 4.5 ERA against the AL East.

It's just embarrassing. They could have locked Lester up for much less than they were offerring in Spring Training but they had to be stubborn and then disrespect him with a lowball offer. Really botched this whole situation and fans are pissed.

Francisco Liriano re-signed with the Pirates for 39 million, 3 year deal. This makes me feel more comfortable going into the season.

Bizarre set of Moves from the Sox since the Lester deal. Cespedes for Porcello i knew would be happening for a while, but their rotation is pretty much set now and its filled with middle of the rotation guys. Its kinda scary to think but i could see them going with Buchholz opening day.

Not an awful rotation depth wise but they just dont have any front end starters. Good thing is Porcello is in a contract year so hopefully he can be just as good as last year. But at the same time last year was a contract year for Masterson and he really f----- that up, hope he can rebound.

Born and raised in San Diego and a die hard Padre fan this is best off season we've had in 15 years.

A.J. Preller is a genius.

Kemp trade is (finally) finalized, Wil Myers yesterday, and an all star catcher today getting Norris from the A's.

Being a Padre fan has been tough since getting swept in the '98 World Series (I was there) so it's f---in nice to see my team making the majority of the headlines this off season.
