Apr 25, 2017 Oh and definitely make sure you watch it with the original U.K. ending, also known as the original unrated cut in America. For its US theatrical release they cut the ending short for whatever dumbass reason and completely ruined it.
Apr 26, 2017 hm honestly don't know, just popped up on my netflix one day and was presently surprised at how good it was.
Apr 27, 2017 Just watched Starry Eyes ...Holy s--- that was disturbing. Really good though, perfect metaphore to show how actresses 'change' Heard that Neon Demon is kinda the same but with fashion industry
Apr 28, 2017 I've always wondered why do American horror movies always centre around young party people? It's hard to sympathise with characters when they're so unlikable to the point that they deserve to die
Apr 28, 2017 just saw Phoenix Forgotten. basically a 90s style found footage movie. hella tense, eerie. the lo-finess helps. no jump scare garbage. not a perfect movie but def liked it.
Apr 28, 2017 Gonna check this one out Agree pretty creepy Also liked 'the visit' and 'the invitation'. Not your typical horror movies but both really good imo
May 13, 2017 So I watched 'Siren' yesterday. Pretty good movie. I understand its based on a short story played in VHS but since I hate movies like that I never seen it. The story about the Siren was amazing but the supernatural club and whole memory fishes thing was awkward and took time away from the Lily story. Overal really liked it but a better b story could have made this better imo.
Jul 23, 2017 7 years after the Halloween franchise went down in flames at the box office, it looks like Michael Myers is set to return to Haddonfield one more time. According to a recent press release, Miramax and Blumhouse Productions are co-financing the development and production of a new Halloween movie. And that’s not all – John Carpenter is also involved. “All of us felt that the next Halloween movie shouldn’t exist without John Carpenter,” says Blumhouse’s Jason Blum. “We were saying, when we first started talking about it, ‘we’ve gotta do this with the guy that started it all.” According to Blum, Carpenter will produce “and hopefully score” the new movie, marking his first involvement with the franchise since 1983’s Halloween III: Season Of The Witch. Will it be a sequel, a reboot or the previously mooted “recalibration” Halloween Returns? “We can’t tell you yet,” Carpenter says, “because we don’t know.” In other words, watch this space. There are several reasons why you should take the announcement with a pinch of salt, the first being that Carpenter’s producer credit on The Fog remake was (by his own admission) purely window dressing. The second is that Blumhouse’s output of late has been mixed, running from the very fine The Gift to the unbelievably tatty Exeter. Here are 10 movies that will make you question whether the movie is in safe hands. http://whatculture.com/film/10-blum...rove-the-new-halloween-movie-is-doomed?page=2 I actually liked Spoiler: List spoilers gallows and PA3
