Also I don’t get the whole woke thing. Y’all see a n----- on screen or a female superhero and start crying and it’s always grown men, acting like it’s being shoved in your face when it’s really not at all. Y’all just hyperfocus and complain cuz your white male leads aren’t always on the center of the posters. Even tho literally a majority of Marvel movies since endgame literally star Thor, Doctor Strange, Ant-Man, Star-lord and Spiderman and Wolverine ….. the fact there are only 3 female led MCU movies out of 37…. And 2 black lead hero marvel movies. The BP franchise and Now Cap. So what’s with all the crying? Agatha is for the girls and gays, and it’s a tv show that knows its demo and is well received.but how exactly is Marvel woke? And what are yall gonna do when you get X-men, when diversity is the whole point of that team?

I will say I'm not mad I saw it though! I had a good time and it landed about where I expected it to. I think the fact that this is how it came out considering all the reshoots and the s--- show behind the scenes that it's a miracle

Pretty mid for me, you can tell the script was a bit cobbled together. They definitely had to reshoot stuff to make it slightly less political, especially with little miss IDF in the movie. The Isaiah Bradley bits were the best parts, I liked Harrison Ford. While perfectly serviceable the main conflict wasn't too interesting to me, could potentially be from me not being as invested in the franchise as a whole anymore.

Re-watched the thunderbolts trailer, and yeah this is giving me peak MCU vibes. Maybe cuz it’s shot like an actual cinematic action blockbuster. Reminds me of like 2016 era marvel movies, like visually the city of New York and the fight scenes are actually good and not just cgi bloated messes. (Sorry multiverse of madness & Quantumania shade)

The borderline abuse they do to visual effects artists is so gross, they need to storyboard and pre-vis their movies correctly instead of changing entire acts at the last second and leaving the vfx teams to figure it out

Sam Raimis direction is easily the best part of the film, everything else around it is where it failed. Michael Waldron's script was obviously rushed and hacked together to fit scheduling changes for the movies

Only complaint from the trailer is that you can tell what's footage from the scrapped parts and what's new cause the show goes from looking flat to having sauce every 2 seconds.
