    Yeah I'm 26 so it's crazy to see someone my age who I watched come up during HS be gone. Wayyyy too young

    I always look forward to Mac Miller. Scary movies is a classic. May he RIP. I hate seeing these young guys go, it’s beyond tragic.

    One of the worst parts of his passing is it took that to get Swimming to number 1 when that album is strong enough and deserving enough of that without tragedy. At least it's gonna get its due props, it's truly fantastic

    When I first started listening to him I was in high school and he was still making the frat rap like music. It was cool to me then but I outgrew and so did he. He just continued to evolve as an artist the same time I evolved as a listener. His music was really genuine and I think that’s why so many people connected. This really sucks.

    I always felt self-conscious saying stuff like that that about Mac Miller irl just because the average person still views him as the frat rap s--- he came up on even though he's basically a different artist now—but I totally 100% feel you on that. He talked about depression/addiction/relationships in a way that was really real and relatable to me. Genuine.

    been listening to Mac since 2010. me and all my friends in high school loved his music. he only got better as he went on and really became a fantastic artist. this is a huge loss for hip hop. addiction is a son of a b---- man.
