    I agree with you in a vacuum 100% but in my country there is unfortunately too much history of racial tension and oppression that we still are working on today for there to be anything remotely resembling a level playing field.

    But yes I agree that people often fixate on strange things that don't really matter.

    Don't get me wrong, I have my reservations bout this stuff. People can go way overboard to the point where it seems like they're nitpicking things to be offended on purpose—but I think when people call this stuff "the PC movement" or "PC culture" they are vastly, vastly simplifying a very complex issue. There's SO much history and culture and law behind all this stuff.

    And for me it's like, boo f---in hoo you lil b---- (not aimed at you, speaking in general terms here). People used to get tortured and lynched over this this s--- and you're a seething mad and offended because you can't say the n-word on twitter. Who's the snowflake now, p----? You're just mad because you're used to being able to do anything you want and this causes you a....not even minor convenience, something smaller than a minor convenience. It hurts you to your very core and you can't even comprehend that someone has the AUDACITY to tell you not to do something that does not affect your life in any profound way. There are over 200,000 words currently in use in the english language, find something more creative you spoiled, whiny c----.

    My main beef with the progressive side is we need less shunning, more teaching. I respect the h--- out of anyone who realized they made a mistake, admits that, and moves on. We need to call people out—not cancel them—educate them, and allow them to apologize and grow as human beings.

    Yeah I never ever understood why being called 'old man' -when ur in ur 20 or 30's- is to be taken seriously lol. Most of the time ur more succesful and wiser in life than the people acting like that lol

    hanging leg raises are great as @RG2 mentioned.

    crunches or other so other spine flexion core exercises are not good for my back.

    I prefer stable core exercises
    I'm far from an expert on bodybuilding though more sports performance

    Would prefer a 50 project rather than him do the pop album. He could easily drop a mixtape during lockdown months, can't see it though unfortunately.

    need to lose body fat.

    @M Solo I know how annoying a back injury is
    my disc is f----- since last summer from a box jump. annoying as f--- injury

    1. I don't know what I believe anymore. I believe in a creator and thinking about anything beyond that leaves me scratching my head so I leave it alone. I I do believe with the right type of mindset and activity we can bend the universe to our will- for better or worse. And I absolutely, positively know for a FACT there is more than this life/something in the after life. What? I don't know but there is something and I know that from personal experience.


    Dude i'm going to be honest I've never seen Predator and I know I should be crucified for saying that but back in the early 90s as a kid, for whatever reason, I had a real disdain for Predator and Total Recall and to this day have never given them a chance. T2 and True Lies are Godly though.
