    Bumping this thread cause I really got into working out in these past few months. Haven't seen any drastic changes since my newbie gains but the current program I'm on might be just do the trick-
    - 3 compound lifts 3 days a week
    - Doing arms on alternate days (2 days)

    Also doing intermittent fasting and it has undoubtedly helped with weight loss.
