Nov 28, 2017 Bringing this thread back lol. Has anyone ever just been stuck on every major lift? I feel like it has been months since I've moved up on bench press, dead lift, or squats. Actually I feel like I've went down on bench and squats. I don't think I'm recovering from my workouts and it's pissing me off. I probably just had the worst chest and shoulder day I've ever had. Anyway I'm just wondering what split some of you guys use and is there anything you recommend for recovery.

Nov 29, 2017 Natty. My friend is trying to convince me not to be though lol. About 3 and a half years of lifting. Yeah I feel like I'm broke down half the time I'm in the gym. It's really hard to not do the volume I do now.
Nov 29, 2017 Height 6'1 Weight 220 Not 100% sure on my 1 rep max on everything atm but I'll take a guess. Bench-315-325 Deadlift-480ish Squats-405 My diet is pretty awful. I've always had a hard time eating clean. I usually get around 2500 calories a day and 200-220 protein. There are days that those calories are good calories and then some are just complete s---. No clue what AAS is man.
Nov 29, 2017 AAS = Gear // thats a lifelong commitment in my eyes and if you dont know what AAS is then you probably havent looked into gear. If/When you decide to go that route just read as much as you possibly can. The "harsh" side effects of steroids are so insanely blown out of proportion its mind boggling. Its got such a negative stigma around it but people pop opiates like they are tic tacs and think nothing of it. First things first 6'1 220....i hate your guts already. Jealous as h---. 2) Whats bf like 3) Eat like another 1k cals a day 4) Calories = Calories .... food sources do not matter, to a certain extent, so eat s--- if you have to put yourself into a caloric surplus. I can go alot further in detail if you ever want to s---t me a PM i live for these discussions lol I think you could get to a 4/5/6 (plates) on your b/s/d with just a little more knowledge of nutrition before you ever have to look into splits or anything like that.
Dec 10, 2017 With New Years right around the corner, I'm giving this a little bump. Never too early or too late to start getting back into a routine. I've been doing the same 4-day split for about 3 months and need to switch it up. Currently doing an upper body/lower body split. Any suggestions?
Dec 10, 2017 I’m 5’11 and 150lbs I’m trying to gain muscle mass. Only problem is my metabolism is so fast that it is almost impossible for me to gain weight. I’m currently eating between 3,000-4,000 calories a day. What am i doing wrong?
Dec 12, 2017 How long have you been eating like that and are you actually tracking how much you eat? Alot of times you think youre taking in all this food when in reality its not as much as you think.
