If I want to listen to Who Knew or Square Dance, I just listen to these tracks. that's plain and simple
I don't expect eminem to make another I'm Back, Marshall Mathers nore 8 Mile

At this point in his life, I appreciate growth, and different sounds to caliber where is at, and relate to other things in his life
to that regard this CD brings a lot of new things to the table.
I like that.
Arose and castle are a reminiscence of what was good in his music this past decade
that's also a very good thing

for this on many levels I agree with @Koolo

I'm still disappointed with the production. I am letting it soak though to see where it sits for me.

Vulture did a great interview that dug a little deeper. He speaks on how he can't please his fans, so I understand why this album is so varied, he's trying to hit all critical feedback in one album. He's super aware of what ppl say....f---, he prob comes this forum.

If you do em, produce your own music gong forward please, believe is 10/10.

I liked those albums immediately and then the shine wore off and I thought they were average for the most part. This was the opposite. This is without a question better than MMLP2...probably better than Recovery and Relapse. I'll need more time to see how it ages

I do really like this album. I find myself thinking about songs while I’m at work. I listen to it as often as I can and I listen to it while I do most of my day to day s---. It’s really incredible how a lot of these songs grew on me so quickly.

I feel ashamed to say this but I did not like believe the first time I heard it. I f---ing love it now.

chloraseptic’s third verse is so f---ing good it makes me smile. The flows he uses are ridiculous.

I agree that this is his most personal album, it’s just disguised. With repeat listens you pick up on that.
