Jun 6, 2015 Backseat Freestyle.. King Kunta is f---ing great, which just shows how much I love Backseat Freestyle. The beat's great, the chorus is catchy as f---, and every line just flows so smoothly into the next. Each verse continuously gets better. Verse 1 is good, verse 2 is great, and then verse 3 just blows away the other 2. It's probably my favourite track on GKMC right over Poetic Justice.
Jun 6, 2015 backseat freestyle gets a little goofy in the third verse, but it's still got grit, emotion, energy, and purpose. king kunta has none of those.

Jun 7, 2015 I like Backstreet Freestyle a lot but I have to give this to King Kunta. The funky vibe it gives with Kendrick's abrasive personality, it's just so great. Ahh yeah, f--- the judge, I made it past 25 and there I was, a little nappy-headed n----- with the world behind me!
