    Kendrick did what he needed to do, and nothing more than that IMO some great wordplay, cool flows, but not many great disses.

    he seems to want to keep it friendly, and not personal, which to me shows a little weakness and might be scared of what Drake will say.

    This whole beef is weird as f--- honestly. It’s obvious Kendrick has more creative talent in his big toe than Drake has had throughout his entire career, and J Cole is fine, but the whole “top 3” thing dates back to the early 2010s when they were all first popping off…and they (specifically Drake and Kendrick) went in two very different directions artistically

    Drake is obviously the more commercially successful but he’s a f---ing culture vulture chameleon. There isn’t a natural progression to his artistry. You can’t compare Room For Improvement and Comeback Season to his s--- now. He broke the code for commercial success but did so by leeching off of every other style and trend. He’s a brand, not an artist. Zero integrity. But he has a massive ego so it muddies the whole thing.

    Good points, but people keep saying Drake has “a bomb” waiting for Kendrick. Plus, even Drake said, “this ain’t even everything I know, don’t wake the demon up” on his track so if he doesn’t respond he’s gonna look like a lying p----. I guess he already looks like that though regardless. On top of that, he was practically begging Kendrick to respond as if he already had something bigger to reply with.

    sometimes kendricks voice is unbearable to listen to like on this track.

    Otherwise the song was okay.
    Of course people will declare k.dot as winner, but they would have done the same with him releasing a 6 minute track farting into the mic.
