    I get that but he responded to Benzino interviews that nobody even knew existed (I mean nowadays with doomsday 2, not the whole s--- that happened 20 years ago), why not respond to a diss from a rapper instead? even if they're cringe or bad

    to be fair Nick Cannon was bigger than Game and Canibus at that time publicly (not as a rapper but as someone with mainstream reach). Benzino was more defending his racist past which he needed to do being a white rapper. Those two just hate each other. Rest is mostly theatre

    I agree that he only picks easy targets but tbf Budden went at him after he retired as far as I remember
    on the other hand he went at benzino for bs he said on interviews nobody watched but dodged the game after a 10 minute diss track, regardless of the quality, I understand that giving him the attention might've been too good for him but you're the rap god right? it should be easy to smoke him

    I check the new drop out once, grab a few songs & dip. He’s not unique in that regard these days, just your average playlist rapper.

    Whether or not others “could have filled” what he did is irrelevant, because he did. He was legitimately the first truly big west coast rapper to break since Tupac died, in a time where the mainstream consensus was that the coast was in a major lull. Kendrick and many other West coast artists who broke later have spoken about the impact Game had on them and the culture there in that regard. To deny him that legacy is silly.

    The Game has a few good joints on each album he puts out for me, so I still check it out, he’s just an annoying dude lol

    Him saying it is just being a r----- for the sake of it, which I think is the point this Marsh guy reached long ago - I haven't been as active lately but it doesn't take a genius to notice how much garbage he contributes especially when 75% of the site's posts each month are him.

    RE the Gustavo reference I'm pretty sure he's the guy who used to always post those pictures from "photoshoots" of him in baggy jeans that had NBA logos sewn on them - he's always been a guy I've felt should be on a watch list. He's a guy with a hard drive I'm certain the feds are looking for.

    RE Game's forced legendary status I honestly think the only one pushing that is him. I've never seen an artist more delusional about where they stand. I could write paragraphs but I'm restraining myself.
