    I liked this album after one listen and like I said it'll take multiple listens to get a good feel for it and develop a real opinion. But late last week the talk was that Kendrick was about to surpass Eminem's first three albums. I don't need multiple listens to know that that's not f---ing happening.

    I could listen to this for the next few months and not be able to scratch the surface. It's extremely deep and philosophical, the production is exquisite and compliments everything about this.

    It's different. Don't expect another GKMC going into this. Good Kid, at its very core, was pure hip hop. This album, while retaining the hip hop core, is soooo much more musically. Black music at its finest. Different story also. Looks at a bigger picture than just Kendrick's life like GKMC did.
