    kanye albums rarely have a great mix nowadays but idm
    heaven and h--- for example sounds rly weird atm, lp3 version was so much cleaner

    well i’ve only got one listen in but i think i definitely prefer YOUR own sequencing over this..but hearing yours first probably ruined it for me lol

    how can you compare the mixing off a cdq top quality track to one thats been ripped off a stream? Heaven & h--- sounds absolutely fine to me. The stereo widening effect on the snare makes it slap. My only criticism with that song is that i feel in earlier versions the choir was a lot more prominent and gave it more of an epic feeling. Did he have sunday service out live performing during some of the listening parties? idk i didnt pay much attention but same goes for Lord I need You

    not much is wrong on the first part of heaven and h--- but after the drop the weird vocal thing in the middle is literally clipping and clashing w the vocals and it sounds super jarring, on the lp rip its actually quieter and the choir sounds better for some reason
    to my knowledge they didnt perform live

    also im not even saying that the way mixing seems to be done on kanye west projects is a bad thing, in a way it gives them a certain character by being super last minute

    just finished. Thought it was great for the most part but the 4 bonus tracks were unnecessary in my opinion.
