That's my parents wedding pic. Not cool

"NME ranked the album at number six in its list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time[5] while Rolling Stone ranked it number 162 in their 2020 revised version of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time."

He truly is the Goat. Breaking barriers as the most successful white rapper while he was alive and still holding the crown today as the first AI clone to exist and without a doubt the most advanced one in the game. A true pioneer of the AI

I don't know why y'all are saying that Em is a clone. @Minato is clearly flesh and bone

We all thought he was a human clone this whole time. Turns out he’s an AI robot clone with an advanced voice changer that’s way ahead of the tech the government allows us to have. That f---ing clanker could sound like Mariah Carey if he wanted to.

We're witnessing in real time humans destroy everything that makes us human. It's like these people have never seen a sc-fi movie before. We know how it goes.. Just watch I,Robot.

Yeah I heard about this bs. The moment I saw a bunch of people praising an AI Drake song a few years ago I knew we were cooked. AI slop is slowly taking over and it’s only going to get worse if something isn’t done about it.

Looks like Spotify is starting to promote AI bands. There's one called Velvet Sundown that's made by AI and still gets lots of listeners. It's kind of crazy to think Spotify can make its own music and keep all the revenue generated from it.

The AI is probably trained on the work of real artists too. Likely thousands of bands, without their consent or royalties going their way. We need a law that requires anything made by AI to be clearly labeled before it gets too evolved.

He’s been gone for like 3 weeks, and I don’t see him active on Discord either. We might have to skip him for now and/or save him for later

If we do a special event for the Drake album it could end up being the lowest rated album in the group. I for one can’t wait so I can write what may be my most scathing review yet.

Do y’all think Kendrick saying “They genetics been synthetic, screamin’ they genius” on Chains & Whips and pronouncing “genius” as “Jeen-yuhs” was a shot at Ye? Or simply just a reference?

I was scrolling through around 600 albums and decided to put together a list of my personal 9+ rated ones. Some are much closer to a 10. I’ll admit, most of these are pretty standard, vanilla picks. But hey, they must be popular for a reason.

ACDC - Back In Black (1980)
Alice In Chains - Dirt (1992)
    Black Sabbath - Paranoid (1970)
Iced Earth - Burnt Offerings (1995)
Iced Earth - Night Of The Stormrider (1991)
Iron Maiden - The Number of the Beast (1982)
Iron Maiden - Seventh Son of a Seventh Son (1988)
    Iron Maiden - Powerslave (1984)
Killswitch Engage - Alive or Just Breathing (2002)
Killswitch Engage - The End of Heartache (2004)
Linkin Park - Hybrid Theory (2000)
    Linkin Park - Meteora (2003)
    Judas Priest - Painkiller (1990)
Megadeth - Rust in Peace (1990)
Metallica - Ride The Lightning (1984)
Metallica - Master Of Puppets (1986)
    Metallica - Metallica (1991)
    Nirvana - Nevermind (1991)
Paradise Lost - Draconian Times (1995)
Paradise Lost - Faith Divides Us - Death Unites Us (2009)
Rise Against - The Sufferer & the Witness (2006)
    System Of A Down - Toxicity (2001)
    The Offspring - Smash (1994)
50 Cent - Get Rich Or Die Tryin' (2003)
    DMX - It's Dark and h--- Is Hot (1998)
Dr. Dre - The Chronic (1992)
Eminem - The Marshall Mathers LP (2000)
Eminem - The Eminem Show (2002)
Kanye West - My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy (2010)
Snoop Doggy Dogg - Doggystyle (1993)
The Game - The Documentary (2004)

I’m sure I’ve missed a few, but this covers the B*** of it.

Clipse - Let God Sort Em Out

    Favorites:
The Birds Don’t Sing, Chains & Whips, P.O.V., So Be It, M.T.B.T.T.F., F.I.C.O.

    RIPPER ROO’S RATING: 9/10

The rapping and production on this album is top notch. Clipse got the secret formula. Pharrell is dope on production. Pusha and Malice are so good at finding the right pocket for each beat and their deliveries are iconic. I love Pusha but honestly a lot of times it felt like Malice had the best verse and that’s crazy considering he took such a long break. It’s just proof you don’t have to be young to be an amazing rapper. The stigma against older rappers is dying everyday.

Starting the album with “The Birds Don’t Sing” is a powerful statement. One might often expect an album to start with a hype song, but I always appreciate it when albums subvert that expectation and start with an emotional song. What a vulnerable song talking about the passing of their parents, this might be the most vulnerable Clipse song I’ve ever heard. “"I love my two sons" was the code to your phone, now you're gone” what a line from Malice.

Kendrick, Tyler, and Nas all killed their features and really fit on the album. Stove God Cooks absolutely cooked on F.I.C.O.. There’s also just so many one liners on this album I could talk about them all day. Malice was especially going hard.

I know some people might find it crazy that I rated this a 9/10 and h--- Hath No Fury an 8/10. A lot of people look at that album as a classic and I get it. It’s a great album but the biggest issues for me on that album was the repetitive hooks and Pharrell’s awkward singing. Thankfully those issues are mostly fixed on Let God Sort Em Out. I liked a lot of the hooks and didn’t find them repetitive. I didn’t mind most of Pharrell’s parts (except for on All Things Considered, that’s the worst song).

I’m trying to keep these reviews shorter so I’ll end it here (I say that as I have 5 paragraphs). If anyone wants to discuss more I’m down. Also I reacted to the album in the Clipse thread so you can see more of my thoughts and first reactions there as well. Overall this is an amazing album with very little issues. @AOTWClub

Yesterday was my 2nd year going to a local music punk/emo festival, very fun. Nice to be in a crowd where everyone is super cool and found some smaller artists to start listening to which is always a win.
