Also, the runtimes on these classic rock albums make me laugh because there’s so little tracks but always those songs that makes the album much longer (looking at you, Pink Floyd…). For example, the title track on this album takes up nearly 25% of this albums runtime. Idk, just something to point out haha

That's much better than going to see Playboi Carti but getting a stage double who just yelled "yeahh" the whole time

Could the delay in submissions/tallying be affecting the album of the week? I'm fine with wrapping up the tallying tomorrow if it helps us stay on schedule.

Maybe the album is too old. left out and forgotten like the elderly, so old school it might as well be in a museum.

I enjoyed that tbh. I still haven’t listened to the deluxe though lmao. I’ve been listening to his song “Hate Me” with Yachty a lot more lol

@Justin Trudeau got the day off friday, is it still possible to post my review for the cube album?

Planning to listen to that one and the IM one then.

That number seems consistent with what other albums have received

I think the overall evolution of metal as a genre into much heavier sounds and growls have retroactively placed the classic acts more towards rock than what was considered Heavy Metal back then for people. Genres are a weird thing lol

    That's a good list.

SOAD are in their own lane for sure. Truly unique and all time great.

Never heard Madball. Gonna check them out.

These are my favorite metal bands from my casualfag ears:
    Pantera
    Black Sabbath
    Madball
    Iron Maiden
Is SOAD even metal? Cause I love them too
    Rammstein
    Probably more I'm forgetting

@Justin Trudeau after Week 18 is completed, could we do a tiebreaker? There's currently a tie for #4 and a three-way tie for #5

Based off of Marsh’s NSFW threads, he’d probably recommend a Rosalia album and I wouldn’t complain
