(BTW they did a song together, and Em actually subliminally dissed wayne, cause hes so dumb LOL!!)
Nov 19, 2015 Jay Z sucks live. So yeah. In that regards he doesn't compare to Em. Beyonce completly overshadowed Jay at their joint tour. Dude has no stage presence what so ever. Although he has very strong albums, I still prefer Eminem. Em is just on another league for me rapwise. Also, MMLP2 s----s all over Magna Carta. Jay slept through that album.

Nov 19, 2015 There's a huge difference though. Eminem sells to people who's opinions don't matter. Like 15 year old girls. It's the quality of music that matters, not the sales. In this case, they both fail somewhat.
Nov 19, 2015 I've never enjoyed a Jay Z song i enjoy and think his Freestyles are much better than any song of his but i'm not a hater he has sold alot of records and sales u can't take away from him Though without Alicia Keys, R Kelly, Justin Timberlake, Pharell Williams, Frank Ocean etc featuring and doing the hooks on alot of Jay Z songs and singles he wouldn't have sold as much their hooks and feature are a big reason why he sold what he did and why those songs are hits And the production from Timbaland, Kanye, Just Blaze, Neptunes Jay Z is an MC/Rapper he just rhymes Eminem is an Artist/Musician he rap's, sings, produces, mixes records, makres non hip-hop songs
Nov 19, 2015 Thats just the standard answer when people try to downplay Eminem's succes. The same can be said for Jay Z too. Eminem was one of the reasons hip hop crossed over to Europe and other countries such as Australia and New Zealand. I doubt he was the Justin Bieber of the 00's. Little girls heard rather boy bands than a hip hop artist. Obviously he was popular among a younger demographic too. But so was Jayz, 50 Cent, Snoop etc. Don't act like Em is the only exception.

Same thing i have always suspected with other haters of his like WPG, M.I.C That is so insecure 1 day maybe even a long time from now u will think wow did i really feel that insecure and jealous because an Artist was supper super popular and 15 year old girls adore him

There are people feeling like Jay is the best, just not as much as the ones who feeling like Em is the goat, but still there are many Jay fans. Music is subjective. As for success, it's a fact that there ain't a rap artist that can be compared to Eminem
