    yup, gets better with each listen. It's definitely not easy on the ears like a cole or drake album so im not surprised anyone here is not feeling it.

    I get what he means and as a Christian that dope that he sees himself in that light, but I think that's also the problem with this album at points especially for me.

    This is still a dope project though.

    I think it's the way he speaks at times. It isn't Lupe level sermons, but he could take a few points from Cole. I think Cole's one of the best at expressing a strong opinion without ever sounding judgmental or preachy.

    This album is more personal than i thought it would be. I get the theme of overcoming depression more than black empowerment

    I'm really lost on how the album cover ties into the album. I know there's some loose references on the album but I thought it would be more of a direct correlation with the songs. Im just not getting it tbh maybe I'm stupid.

    Anybody have any explanations?

    2 full listens and I just realized I downloaded a link w/o blacker the berry on it :thankful:
    album is fire tho. lyricism 10/10 through out. :king:
