skip to end of that interview, dude brought his son on the show who is a huge cole fan and he kept it 100 with cole. He told him what a couple of us say here, cwtss and born sinner werent good and that fhd is the cole we became fans of in 09,10. Cole agreed.

i agree, its impressive as h--- ... but its not even about interviews ...

interviews are cool and all but f--- that, imo they dont do much ... (cause like u said, it usually just ends up being the same things talked about over and over)

but like i have said what cole SHOULD HAVE and maybe still can do is drop a "making of" video for this album, or maybe give more backstory to his home (didn't really say much in the trailer video) ... those are the type of things that are relatively easy to do and really add to the fan experience plus all around environment of an album ... (especially one like this where the news came out of nowhere and it was dropped in weeks without a single or anything)

edit - think about how he spoke about rich niggaz in that hard knock tv interview ... why does he need to do stuff like that in interviews, why can't he do it on his own in his own videos ... why not just be in the studio talking bout the deep meanings that many people probably missed and also take us through how he made the beats to all the songs ... i understand u don't wanna do that right away cause u wanna give people time to interpret the music themselves but i think now is the time to do sumin like that and this is the album to start with

Sean kinda f----- up not dropping a song after announcing his album won't b dropping for another month imo, he cuda had hype levels way up ... i didn't think the release date wud b a full month away like that but i guess coles move was that strong that he's carbon copying it haha

word, the amount of people who will actually take the time to listen to a 2 hour interview is limited (probably mainly to us on this site haha) ... on the other hand tweeting out a youtube video on the album from urself when u have 6 million followers like cole does now is another story and can surely go a long way

guess well just have to wait and see what he does (or doesn't do) tomorrow haha

its proven people want to listen to what cole says ... but 2 hour interviews I'm not so sure about that, even a fan like myself is waiting for the right time to listen ...

but if u put together a short 5-10 minute video that u have curated urself and have all the important things u wanna say in it, who knows who that will reach
