    We should help the Syrian refugees as we can but W Bush and Obama left a vacuum that creates more terrorsts. We should've never invaded Iraq and need to stop bombing middle eastern countries as soon as possible. But that won't happen anytime soon

    Some celebrities speak out just to be seen to be saying or doing the right thing, which is wrong tbh. But I feel a lotta ppl just want to use their platform to speak out against blatant negativity. When there are such divisive forces in the world, you have to do your best to try and counteract that and bring people together

    Right, but fighting negativity with more negativity? I don't get it. And tbh, it's 2017 fam. No thing alive can bring any huge amount of people together. Too many censorship and media control. This isn't 1500's where you can just go outside and air you opinion in front of hundred plus people who will listen to you and then spread the word around. The sooner the people understand that you depend on yourself, not government, not Trump, not J. Cole or anybody else and make your own luck, the better they life will be. But that's not gonna happen anytime soon, if ever.

    I hear you, and I understand that I'm gonna change anyone's mind. But like for me, I have students who are worried about being deported, or their families being deported. I have to speak out and make it know that I oppose certain things. I gotta take a stand cause honestly, I feel like if I don't, I'm contributing.

    I'm in no way telling people how to live their lives, I just hope they realize how others are being impacted.

    Word, I applaud you for that. I'm talking about those celebrities or even normal people posting s--- like "f--- Trump" and s--- like that that promotes the violence that you are "fighting against". Double standards. Never the solution.

    End of the day its easier to divide people and spread hatred which is why its more important to do our bits in spreading positivity in whichever way possible. One person not gonna change the world but change takes time through many small acts
