TLOP has grown quite a lot on me, its the opposite of yeezus in that its easy to pick up and listen to whenever. I could miss Feedback, Low lights. Freestyle 4 goes hard but too short. If he didn't spend so much time messing around with the tracks it could be up there with the rest of his catalogue but even still I think this is a good return for Ye

Just finished watching a Motown mini-doc that ended in everyone they were interviewing (Music insiders from back in the day, record producers) saying no music today has any social impact whatsoever and that the shelf life of artists today will rarely extend beyond 3 years and never for 30 plus years.

I hate this type of s---, old a--- MFers that don't know what they're talking about see their generation's music through rose tinted glasses and always assume it's better because they don't understand the younger generation's music or culture. It's not even just in music, every generation grows up being told they generation isn't as good as the last and never will be. It's f----- up when you think about it but it happens all the time in almost every aspect of culture.

To see someone in the music industry or even just a big fan of music just completely downplay the importance of albums like TPAB, songs like Be Free or genres/social movements like Dubstep is so disappointing. All of these movements have parallels to things in their generation, and are just as relevant to the youth of the time.

To act like your own generation will never be topped or improved upon is not only arrogant and pessimistic but it has proven wrong many times over.

You can learn to appreciate the new generation for its unique qualities while still favoring the time you grew up in. People need to stop being so salty that the world didn't freeze for them and kept moving and evolving.

The whole "things aren't like they used to be" s--- is so annoying. It's OK to reminisce to a certain extent but there comes a time when people need to adapt to the modern world. It's basically like Trump's "Make America Great Again" slogan. He and his followers want a White Paradise like the segregation era and don't want foreigners and minorities to have equal rights.

That's why we need to keep a Democrat in office. Even if it's Hillary. She's the lesser of two evils if she's up against Trump or any other Republican. Keep extreme conservatism the f--- out forever.

The more I listen to VIEWS, the more issues I have with the sequencing of this album.

The album starts off nice, but then tails off a lot, Weston Road Flows, Redemption and With You feel like one long song. They all have the same tone and sort of have the same type of flows.

I think from Still Here to Childs Play is the highlight of the album for me.

Pop Style could've been taken off and Fire and Desire should've ended the album instead of VIEWS. They both sound like outro tracks.

I was with the Heat with that 'Bron wagon, I'm not going to lie, but I'm sticking with the Pistons.
It's going to be a tough series for Heat, I know Raps struggled, but I think lot of if was mental, once you pass that you are good, but we'll see how will things unfold. Of course you would want the Pacers rather than the Raps, because it would be easier to match up against them.
From what I saw the Heat go as Dragić goes (not exactly, but you get the idea), if he plays aggressive you blow people out, he struggles Heat struggle.
You dont want DeRozen and Lowry to catch fire. So who's guarding DeRozen?! Johnson, or you bring Winslow, but you got the make sure your offense doesnt suffer.
From the match ups I see its going to be a interesting series. Probably like the first round. I don't see any team having the clear upper hand.

I been telling that, it's a possibility. Deng/Johnson would probably walk away in that case, cause you'll need near max for Whiteside, Wade too, but if anyone can pull that off, it's Pat Riley. Every player in the league wants to play for the Heat, it's no secret. Gerald Green is a prime example of that, dude is 29, on vets minimum, playing little to none, and dude is probably the happiest person I've ever seen in Heat uniform, going crazy on the sidelines on every bucket and defensive play.

To be honest, based on the last 2 years, Lowry has show me absolutely nothing in the playoffs to believe he can play at the All star level that he plays in the regular season. I give give him 2 good games in the series max. DeRozan is also a big question mark, but at least he gets to the line. If Raptors want to have a chance, those 2 must match their regular season numbers at least. They won't be able to win games where they both struggle like they did against Pacers. And the Heat have more than enough to make at least one of them struggle. Dragić has been solid on the defense, but Richardson is someone that will get you drained, tired, and frustrated and my guess is he'll be on both Lowry and DeRozan at times. Wade can still play great defense when he wants too, but Winslow will get his run on DeRozan too. Valancunas is nowhere near good post player as Big Al, and those are only type that give Hassan problems. When Hassan stayed out of foul trouble, scoring became a problem for Charlotte who are IMO a better offensive team than Raptors. He'll be the X-factor again. What Raptors can hope for is that Heat continue the trend of being bad on the road, they must go 2-0 in this series. I don't want to write essays so I'll stop here. My prediction is Heat in 6 (no pun intended)
