Mar 11, 2016 Morbid subject matter ofc so forgive me. He has a shaved head. Why? Kids would pick on him so why would his parents do it? Notice how the show has this white flashback memory box on the outside of the screen. His grandma narrates the story in a somber way with sort of a sad voice. His sister, Rosie, has red hair. His parents have brown hair. Maybe his parents adopted Rosie because they didn't want to have another kid with cancer? Notice how he never gets punished by his parents ever because they know he doesn't have much time left in this world. My theory is that Rosie is being told about her dead brother by her grandma. This would make the entire show a flashback.. What do you think?
