I really love the production on this. It might be the best I've heard from you

Really can't say I'm a fan of the "verse", though, the song would be better without it

Still fleshing out a few more things, but for the most part all the production and story on this is 100% done and ready to go for release and I think it gets across pretty clearly atm

might still aim for another feature if I have time, if not eh.. oh well

vocals sound a bit harsh. just gave a quick text tutorial on how to fix this to narsh.

"your mic has nothing to do with it. would the speech enhancer happen to also be a speech leveler?cause I would try turning that off and adding another multiband compressor to your voice and that SHOULD do the trick

also, if you have any mastering effects on there, make sure the exciter is pretty much sitting at 0%, thatll also add hissing

and if that's not enough, go ahead and add a light de esser"

haven't been following the "storyline" if there is one but I'm not a huge fan of the interpretation of the lyrics from the beat. like, is the beat supposed to match the tone of the lyrics?

production itself sounds very strong and prominent. the music/melody itself sounds more like something I'd hear in a movie during the fight of a final battle versus something I'd listen to in an iPod. not a bad thing at all, just observing that it sounds more like soundtrack music.

if you can't fix the vocals btw (which you should be able to), I'd almost remove the verse tbh

anyways, that's my feedback

intentional.

there's distortion on them, and I like it so it won't be changed.

there is a very prominent story throughout all the songs and interludes for this

as for the interruption here of the beat, I didn't really see a way around that.

yeah, i keep getting this, which is why i'm running with a sort of cinematic scale to the sound of things and the story on this whole album

well thanks for giving it a listen m8, even if you're not feeling it

I knew in advance people would probably have mixed feelings about the verse but eh.

@Cyreides no I don't really think there's anything in particular that's wrong with the verse

and lmao I know you want the "radio" effect. what I said just helps so it sounds better on the ears, it doesn't get rid of the radio sound at all m8

Well I don't have a leveler on it or anything like that. Not sure exactly what sounds 'harsh' to you about the vocals other than the distortion which i EQ'd to sound a certain way, so I'm not sure how/what to actually change
