Feb 14, 2015 Hello @DCG, How ya doin I heard the thread ran out of likes the stans are movin I know you're postin that you're rational, cause I can see it So tell the voices in your head to believe it I talked to Em Stans about ya, they said ya almost got strangled By saying Kanye's an angel, and look at all that Ye gave ya, You asked for the classics he gave ya, mhmmm You know Kanye never left you Cause every road that leaves to standoms right inside you, so I can say Hello Kanye's Only One, You're kinda like his son, You'll keep on postin tellin everyone everything he does is great Hello Kanye's Only One, remember who you are No you're not an Eminem stan but you're kind of the same
Feb 14, 2015 May your neighbors respect you Trouble neglect you Angels protect you And heaven accept you
Feb 14, 2015 Until Kanye puts out something as awful as Relapse or Encore, I don't think his hardcore fans can really be compared to Eminem's. Calling every album he's put out a certified classic is definitely a stretch, but the only legitimately mediocre project he's put out so far is Cruel Summer. Yeezus is very polarizing among fans, but the main difference is how critically well-received it was. I'm not saying that's the be-all end-all argument, but it's not like media outlets were giving Encore 9/10's across the board when it dropped just because Eminem's previous project was The Eminem Show. I'm a huge Kanye fan, and I'm sure it gets annoying for other people who don't like him as much, but I don't think it's unreasonable to expect most of what he puts out to be good at this point in his career. As for bad Kanye beats, Big Brother sounds like someone f----- up trying to make the Seinfeld theme song into a stadium anthem. d---, didn't know that was produced by Kanye (but I just checked and that song has zero plays on my itunes so I guess that's not surprising). Oh and Numbers on the Board/Lunch Money beats > > > > > >
Feb 14, 2015 I believe Big Brother was produced by DJ Toomp of Can't Tell Me Nothing & several classic T.I songs fame. So really has Yeezy ever made a bad beat? ...Wasn't a big a fan of Heartbeat by Royce Da 5'9
Feb 14, 2015 You know what else sucks a---? This No mothafucka idgaf if he was tryna give this s--- a mothafuckin theatrical sound it blowed more c--- then these Kardashian hoes bout to to do today defend that p-----s!!!!! #831RantOver #Proceed
Feb 14, 2015 Yes, I figured I should ask you permission. Well anyways, I've heard that Redman has actually put out a bunch of classics recently; and I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction!!
Feb 14, 2015 Recently? His last album s----d. Anything before that is good. Earlier albums were the best
Feb 14, 2015 I heard Reggie was his best, and that his earlier albums were 5/10's at best. So I'm not going to even bother entertaining the thought of listening to them. But thanks for the advice. I'm sure Muddy Waters 2 is going to be great though!!
Feb 14, 2015 OMG reverse psychology gais! I'm gonna go write a thesis on how you're wrong and post it later man. You got me
Feb 14, 2015 I'm serious, thank you for your advice. I was wondering if you could give me any more possible recommendations? All my life - I've only listened to Kanye, I don't know anything else. But if you think that I'm putting him on a pedestal, I'm sure you're right. You seem to know what you're talking about, so I've decided it's time for me to listen to a second artist.
Feb 14, 2015 I don't know man, you don't seem like the cheating kind. More of a one artist type of dude and I respect that fam. Listening to anyone else would take valuable time of defending lyrical geniuses and we don't want that to happen.
