Unfortunately, this is the only thing I've found helps.
I have ridiculous iTunes OCD, so I avoid the Artist tab at all costs.

I'm talking producers listed
Specific genres
track/trackttotal
disc/disc total
Feats listed in artist tab
Misc comps with album cuts/feats/loosies seperated by disc
No pa stickers on art work
I even use comment section for little side notes about songs

yall don't understand deleting artists and then re-adding them does not fix anything. I have deleted artists and then even cleared cache and everything still stays separated

im going by my memories as i did this 10 years ago

if i remember correctly, itunes is gay and actually get its meta information from the songs details that you get by right clicking and clicking proprieties, you will find the artist name there different i believe

d---. I have done it so many times and it never fixed anything for me. This whole problem started for me after an iTunes update, seems to get worse after every update too




I have also made sure there is no space when typing the artist's name in the get info tab

It's only worked about half of the time for me so all depends (I guess) if your iTunes is cooperative and not a moody petty c----.

Set Juicy J as the album artist (if it isn't already)

If that doesn't work, try dragging all of those Juicy J albums to the recycle bin and replacing them with a real artist like Macklemore.
