Oct 19, 2016 this will probably sound like an elementary question.........but its just not simple anymore this use to be an easy thing to do............but now its not we have the mention feature on here..........it alerts ppl of a thread or of a post so my question is.......how do you do it on the youtube comment section of a video? somebody explain please
Oct 19, 2016 Type +[person's name] or @[person's name]. (You can also type their email address instead of their name.) As you type, an autocomplete list of people will appear. Select the person you want to mention. Google provided these answers.
Oct 22, 2016 It looks like they dropped the @ and + mentions in 2015 when they stopped integrating YouTube with google+ I found this complicated way to do it though, posted 2 months ago:
