Dec 31, 2014 GRODT is most definitely a classic. Maybe not to you but definitely in the hip-hop community. Closest thing to a rap game thriller. Nas isn't necessarily my favorite, but is the best rapper of all time (not really unpopular but felt the need to say it). Have massive respect for Outkast and respect all their work, but don't really vibe with any of their albums front to back except for ATLiens. However, Andre 3000 has easily had the best features of any artist in the last 5 years. Wale is a solid artist and not as trash as everyone makes him out to be. People judge his personality too much when judging his music. Macklemore, The Heist, is overhated and actually had some gems.
Dec 31, 2014 Even though nine times out of ten I'd rather listen to a Kanye album at this point in my life, Eminem's first three albums are definitely of comparable quality to Kanye's discography...but you can't only compare their good albums. Let's put it this way: Kanye's fifth album is MBDTF. Eminem's is...Relapse.
