Jan 31, 2016 yea i was just going to say now that he was maybe thinking that gkmc is more accesible than tpab
Jan 31, 2016 so you think he can pull off another racially charged album? personally i think itl be about women in the way that S80 was
Jan 31, 2016 It would be a shame if he continued with his activist/jazz music. While I'm a big fan of TPAB, I want him to keep experimenting with music. It would be good if he went down that G-Funk path, but he'd be biting off YG a bit.
Jan 31, 2016 you can put GKMC on and enjoy it at parties and s--- if TPAB came on at a party id just sit there with a stern look and ponder on the worlds issues
Jan 31, 2016 I just wish he'd stop rapping about Pac and issues he doesn't actively try to help end with anything other than music What happened to Kendrick just showering down endless bars of magnificence over great beats?
Jan 31, 2016 In my opinion, 2012-13 was his best years. But Kendrick still has the potential to have a consistent discography and create amazing music, that he can pop up and have another era that matches his previous work.
Jan 31, 2016 If you think about it, kendrick's music has always been about races. His first message was "f--- your ethnicity" but like he said a few weeks after "i" dropped, he realized that it wasn't the right approach. The first step is to help your own community/race first. I can definitely see why kendrick thinks tpab should have been his first album, and I feel like s80 should have been the third one.
Jan 31, 2016 Another jazz album is exactly what I want, thats his best music imo Gkmc dope too, but I'm not too big on it to be fully honest. My favorite songs on it are the ones that sound s80ish (good kid...)
