Nov 20, 2015 Gotta agree. In his earlier days, at least pre-encore, he was steadily evolving as an artist with each album, every album was like a new chapter in his life & a new experience for the fans. The last time (& only time post hiatus) he brought something new (or different) to the table was with Recovery (which was 5 years ago), he showed that he's grown up a lot, and that was a fresh & new experience for the fans. But since then, everythings just been a recycle of his old stuff for the most part, he even admitted it himself on that "Guts Over Fear" track. So i would definitely agree that, artistically, he's declined.
