What portable player do you use to listen to music? Your phone? I have an iPod and I like to keep my phone separate from the device I listen to music on.

Same. This just allows me to backup my music confidently and have it anywhere I have internet access. I also don't prefer to load the entirety of my library on my MP3. I focus more on trying to have a cluster of albums in rotation.

I don't use iTunes. I don't even need MediaMonkey now that when I'm on my laptop I can just stream Google Music. So I just delete the music once I put it on my player and upload it.

This might be slightly off topic, but is there any android music service or app that allows me to purchase .m4a music file types like iTunes?

    .m4a > .mp3 correct?
