Oct 5, 2016 As noted, WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross recently reported on Twitter that a Bill Goldberg WWE return is “a done deal”, and he will likely face Brock Lesnar at WWE Survivor Series on November 20th in Toronto. Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com reported today that a Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg match is “all but confirmed for WWE Survivor Series.” As a reminder, Goldberg will be appearing on tonight’s WWE Off The Record segment on ESPN’s SportsCenter, and the WWE announce team noted that Goldberg will be addressing his status with WWE in addition to discussing his appearance in WWE 2K17. http://www.wrestlezone.com/news/761...but-confirmed-when-might-the-match-take-place Guessing Goldberg makes it official on sportscenter tonight. I honestly think this is gonna be awful and am kinda confused why so many are so hyped about it, but with that said I'll still be at least curious to watch it. Hoping it's a 1 time deal for Goldberg and not a long term return.
Oct 5, 2016 While I have zero excitement to ever see Goldberg on my tv again, I'd rather he and Brock face eachother than putting themselves over newer talent like Owens, for example. With that said I think it would be hilarious is they got booed outta the arena again just like at XX lol
Oct 5, 2016 I'm glad it's at survivor series and not Mania at least but now that I think about it I bet Goldberg will be at Mania too.
Oct 5, 2016 I wish Paul came on the mic and just ended Goldberg... "My client is a s---t fight champion. You sir are nothing but the greatest beneficiary of booking this business has ever seen!" Drops mic
Oct 6, 2016 Goldberg didn't announce anything on sportscenter, so either this report is BS or they're saving it for a 'surprise annoucement' on raw or something, even though most fans probably already heard about this I'm sure.
Oct 7, 2016 This will be an hour or so drive from where I live. Might go if ticket prices aren't so bad. Haven't been to a live ppv since unforgiven when Cena and Edge had that TLC match. Was a good night, first time seeing Jeff hardy live for the first time, that was pretty much the highlight for me.
