Feb 9, 2016 No. Eminem was the first authentic rapper that was white, had his own style, and took over. He gained tons of respect. All of this helped him gain popularity with the mainstream, and everyone. Plus, what he did with SSLP to MMLP to TES to 8 Mile to finding 50 Cent was just amazing and will never be done again. Then the man overcomes addiction and comes back with Recovery to cement his place as a great, as an "ELVIS".
