Besides a few oversights (Mommy, Immigrant, Phoenix, Black Coal Thin Ice, etc.) , this is a good list. 6 left for me to see.

The lack of Norte, the End of History is troublesome.

Gonna rewatch Interstellar tonight, since my family hasn't seen it yet.

Despite my initial gripes with the movie, Im pretty sure I can turn off my mind and enjoy the f--- out of it all over again

Am not ready for the MM crying scene tho ='(

I saw it when Sec80 was still in the 5th dimension limbo..aka when SL was down haha

It was actually the main reason I started trying to figure what happened with SL, because I wanted to see what everyone else thought about the movie.

I think from a storytelling POV, Nolan is on a steady decline but overall I LOVED Interstellar

Seeing it in IMAX was amazing, MM is a GOAT, and I loved all the space travel and the fact that we actually visited other planets. I'm just not a fan of the whole "quantifiable love" explanation, or the fact that they mention "the ghost" 30 times in the first 5 minutes making it pretty easy for me to guess that it's going to be MM in the end. Interstellar >>>> TDKR for sure, lol. The scope is immense, the execution is brilliant, and I'm a fan of it overall. But there's plenty to nitpick.

Did they open in UK? Maybe that's why they are excluded.

It's on Netflix instant now! (I just hope it has subtitles as sometimes Netflix forgets them on more obscure films)

These are the movies on my radar and not on my radar for December (I included some stuff I've already seen):

December 5- Zero Motivation (Tayla Lavie), Miss Julie (Liv Ullman), Still Alice (Richard Glatzer, Wash Westmoreland)
December 12- Inherent Vice (Paul Thomas Anderson), Maidan (Sergey Loznitsa)
December 19- Mr. Turner (Mike Leigh), Winter Sleep (Nuri Ceylan)
December 25 - American Sniper (Clint Eastwood), Two Days, One Night (Dardenne Brothers), The Interview (Evan Goldberg, Seth Rogen), Unbroken (Angelina Jolie), Selma (Ava DuVernay), Tales of the Grim Sleeper (Nick Broomfield)
December 31 - Leviathan (Andrey Zvyagintsev), A Most Violent Year (J.C. Chandor)

Movies I will probably avoid: Wild (Jean-Marc Vallée), Exodus: Gods and Kings (Ridley Scott), Big Eyes (Tim Burton), Into the Woods (Rob Marshall)

I only might give Unbroken a shot because it's co-written by the Coen brothers and shot by Roger Deakins.

I downloaded Norte, The End of History . I'll make room for 4 hours and see it

I was really excited for The Interview, but after seeing the trailer my expectations are a bit lower.

I saw There Will Be Blood on Tv last night, i always loved it but now it's on another level, a 10/10 and part of my top 20 easily. I can't stop praising Paul Thomas Anderson, i guess he'll some time dethrone Sergio Leone As my favorite Director

I didn't even make a list of the movies I'm going to see in theaters because I'm broke. I've made a list last month. Only got to see Interstellar because that was at the beginning at the month, I think, then I moved. Still haven't quite got on my feet yet but this month I'm getting that sweet, sweet The Martian translation money. What I'm trying to say is, I'll probably have so much money (student standart, in actuality not that much money), I'll probably go see Exodus: Gods and Kings.

Wild is actually a great film. Vallee's best since C.R.A.Z.Y. I was pretty pleasantly surprised. Why the avoidance?

Thanks for the list as usual!

Reese Witherspoon, Vallee's last film was textbook Oscar bait, a journey of self-discovery

However, I'm definitely judging the book by its cover so maybe I'll give it a shot!
