Dec 6, 2015 looks great. only thing I'm still unsure of/bothered by is the new combat, and the fact that the voice acting isn't going to match up with what the characters mouths are doing
Dec 6, 2015 idk how much I can trust the videos comments, but apparently the lip sync problems are because they rushed this out and it's just english over top on the trailer and it won't be like that in the release for the US

Dec 7, 2015 i don't get why they are so scared to release a final fantasy game with turn based combat again.. they really think it's dated and people wouldn't play? this looks weird also.. if this is episodic, i'm burning their headquarters to the floor
Dec 7, 2015 as far as the whole episodic thing is concerned, i don't think they'd make it like telltale episodic where it's only hours at a time gameplay, maybe it's just meant to be split into 3 parts like the original was on 3 discs and how FFXIII was
Dec 7, 2015 I think turn-based is weird. Like I loved FF7 and the combat system/game as a whole, but if they were to remake it, i'd kinda want a more open sort of gameplay/fighting. I just think t would suit the game more when they're like "heres a soldier with a surfboard sized sword" and you can run around and cut s--- up etc. as opposed to standing there waiting to select your move. I think it would add to the overall feel of final fantasy. Especially after FF7 Advent Children movie, I want in-game combat like that I like turn based games, but I feel like they are for the most part less immersive. If that makes sense.
Dec 7, 2015 Also @Final just realized they are doing the FF10 remaster or whatever. Probably didn't go turn-based for FF7 cause FF10 is already doing it and business. Don't flood the market etc.

Dec 7, 2015 I loved Final Fantasy 9 and 12 I'm grinding through 13 right now.. The lack of an actual World Map Exploration sucks though. I couldn't get into 10.. That stupid Sphere grid system is bs. 8 was.... Meh. But 7 is GOAT. I am getting a PS4 Exclusively for this and a Wii U (NX?) Exclusively for the New Zelda Game. 2016 for the Win. Oh, and the Concept for FF15 sounds good as well.
