Jan 25, 2026 I've been listening to Ricky Ticky Toc on repeat a lot lately. I never used to like it but it hits hard AF now for whatever reason. A more mature, still witty Eminem just on the verge of a sharp decline. The only real issue is the vocal quality. Is that mixing, or what? Because it sound like he recorded it through a tin can or something.
Jan 26, 2026 I’m pretty sure I read that it was originated from 8 Mile era. Maybe it was recorded in the trailer and just never mixed properly. Either that or Eminem tried mixing the vocals himself and that’s how it came out. Ima respond to that pm soon, I’ll have a go myself at what I mean.
